FORMER INZU YA MASAABA (IYM) SECURITY MINISTER JACKSON MASSA WASUKIRA PASSES ON
The Umukuuka IV received sad news of the loss of retired UPDF WO2 and former security minister in Inzu YA Masaaba (IYM) cultural institution, Jackson Massaa Wasukira, who passed away at Rubaga Hospital. He was a prominent figure in the Ugandan community, known for his service in the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) and his role as the former Minister of I Security in insurance ya masaaba cultural institution
Jackson Massaa dedicated his life to serving his country. His military career in the UPDF earned him respect and recognition among his peers and the community.
