This is to inform the general public, and in particular the Bamasaba community, that the much-awaited Mediation Session (Alternative Dispute Resolution – ADR) in respect of the following civil suits:
CS No. 063 of 2023 — Engineer Darlington Sakwa
CS No. 043 of 2023 — Jon Amran Wagabyalire
CS No. 056 of 2023 — Masolo Yaya
Versus
Jude Mike Mudoma and The Attorney General
will officially commence in Mbale on 6th November 2025.
The specific venue will be communicated in due course.
We are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached on the panel of mediators who will preside over the process.
There had been a spirited attempt by certain parties to have the ADR conducted in Kampala; however, this proposal was successfully resisted in the interest of the Bamasaba community, to ensure accessibility, transparency, and inclusivity.
The mediation will proceed within the spirit of fairness and cultural respect, consistent with our shared values as Bamasaba.
