The leadership of Inzu Ya Masaaba Cultural Institution, under the stewardship of Umukuuka IV, Mayatsa Joram Khamboson, has issued a public disclaimer distancing itself from alleged plans to forcefully remove Jude Mike Mudoma from the institution’s offices at Malukhu.

In a statement signed by Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Mathias Nabutele, the institution said it had received information that certain individuals were mobilizing members of the public to participate in activities aimed at forcibly dislodging Mudoma from the premises.

The cultural institution emphasized that it has not authorized, endorsed, or participated in any such arrangements, reaffirming its commitment to peaceful, lawful, and constitutional processes guided by the Attorney General’s opinion and established legal procedures.

Inzu Ya Masaaba further warned that any individuals engaging in violence, trespass, intimidation, destruction of property, or any unlawful conduct would do so at their own risk and personal responsibility.

The institution called upon the Bamasaaba community to remain calm, law-abiding, and vigilant while urging security agencies to take necessary measures to preserve peace, public order, and security.
